Job Description
The Assistant Manager is a multi-faceted role that merges business strategy, operations, creativity, and people management. Strategically, assistant managers drive sales results by analyzing the business and delivering best-in-class customer service. They oversee daily store operations including opening and closing routines and drive efficiency in all store processes. They leverage creative expertise through floorset updates, styling recommendations and product knowledge. They are talent leaders, responsible for recruiting, training, engagement and development. They contribute to a culture that promotes from within, with opportunities to grow into future store leadership.
