What You'll Be Doing
* Manage accounts to ensure a positive customer experience and foster long-lasting relationships that drive revenue growth.
* Handle renewals, develop relationships, provide training, and identify upsell opportunities by leveraging our solutions and services.
* Proactively consult with customers to provide renewal and growth quotes, ensuring their needs are met and orders are processed smoothly.
* Track non-renewals, pending, and lost renewals, analyzing reasons for cancellations.
* Support your assigned client base by responding promptly to inquiries and following up on customer-related issues.
* Meet and exceed assigned renewal rates and retention targets.
* Create selling opportunities within your accounts through a strategic sales plan.
* Develop a deep understanding of customer needs and decision-making hierarchies to continuously assess and validate their requirements.
* Conduct calls to explore new revenue streams with existing customers, effectively communicating the value of our products and services.
* Understand all product offerings, subscription models, and renewal licensing to provide informed guidance.
* Execute solutions selling by promoting value-added, long-term solutions that maximize profit margins.
* Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Channel, and technical teams to build global market intelligence, sharing insights on customers, market trends, and supply and demand.
* Conduct quarterly business review virtual visits with at least 50% of your accounts.
What Are We Looking For?
* Experience as an Account Manager or Customer Service Representative.
* Preferred background in software customer support.
* Excellent communication skills in both German and English, both written and verbal.
* A customer-focused mindset with the ability to build and maintain long-term relationships.
* Self-motivated and structured work style.
* Strong problem-solving skills, maintaining professionalism and a solution-oriented approach even in challenging situations.
* Willingness to travel (up to 50%).
