Details: 9 Months, 37 hours per week

Role Responsibilities
As PM&C Manager within the submarines division, you will drive the planning, cost control, performance reporting, risk management, and contractual compliance of submarine-related projects. You will act as a key interface between engineering, supply chain and commercial teams, translating strategic requirements into detailed control processes, forecasts, and corrective actions. You will lead and mentor planning & control staff, develop and maintain integrated schedules, ensure compliance with contract requirements, and present performance metrics to senior stakeholders. Operating in a hybrid working environment at Barrow, you'll need strong experience in project control, contract management, and the ability to influence across complex, matrixed organizations.
