Job Title: Mechanical Site Manager Location: Coventry Salary: £50K - £55K Package The Role: * Manage day-to-day site operations for mechanical building services projects from commencement through to final handover. * Ensure site works are delivered safely, on programme, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. * Take responsibility for site health & safety, workforce coordination, quality assurance, and client satisfaction. * Act as the main point of contact on site for clients, consultants, subcontractors, and stakeholders. * Supervise and coordinate site teams, including Supervisors, operatives, and subcontractors. * Oversee delivery of materials, plant, and equipment to ensure efficient progress. * Monitor compliance with project contract terms, company procedures, and statutory H&S requirements. * Track site progress against programme, highlight risks, and implement corrective actions where required. * Support the Project Manager with financial reporting, variations, and progress applications. * Ensure high installation quality, carry out inspections, and assist with commissioning and final handover. The Ideal Candidate: * Relevant mechanical services qualification. * 5 years’ experience in a mechanical site management or supervisory role within building services contracting. * Proven ability to manage site delivery of large-scale mechanical installations. * SMSTS Qualification. * Strong leadership and team management skills with a hands-on approach. * Excellent communication, organisational, and client-facing abilities.
