\n\nThis leading construction consultancy is on the lookout for ambitious Quantity Surveyors to join their team in Leeds. You will be working to deliver a range of projects across multiple sectors such as infrastructure, corporate real estate, retail, aviation, education, healthcare, and more. \n\nIn this role, you won't just manage numbers - you'll shape skylines and empower your colleagues.
This is more than just a job; it's a career move that places you at the heart of high value projects and allows you to add value to your team. \n\nResponsibilities:\n\nBe the go-to commercial advisor on exciting new builds and refurbishments.\nDeliver a wide range of services across both pre- and post-contract stages.\nProduce accurate estimates, monthly reports, valuations, and final accounts.\nLead project meetings and support contract management.\nSupport the client PM and project team with the management of contracts. Support project reviews and audits.
Ability to take ownership of work packages, aspects of projects or projects with minimum supervision.\nRequirements:\n\nMRICS qualified or working towards APC.\nCommercially savvy and solutions driven.\nStrong working knowledge of Microsoft Office & CostX.\nExcellent communicator - articulate, persuasive, and confident.\nStrategic thinker who can weigh options and make informed decisions.\nCollaborative by nature but thrives in independent delivery.\nA genuine passion for client service and long-term relationship building.\n\nAldwych Consulting values diversity and promotes equality.
