An excellent job opportunity has arisen within the Digital / eHealth Dept. of NHS Golden Jubilee University National Hospital. As an IT Support Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting the eHealth/Digital Services within the Board, which includes the Golden Jubilee University National Hospital, Research Institute, Innovation Centre & Conference Hotel.
You will be part of the IT Service Desk and Customer Support Team, providing 1st and 2nd line support, addressing customer problems, and logging incidents and requests through the Service Desk application. You will carry out routine support tasks in line with departmental standards and procedures, working with a team of dedicated support professionals committed to high standards of service.
Applicants should have education in a related computing subject or demonstrate relevant support experience. Extensive knowledge of supporting Microsoft products, including cloud-based solutions, is required. Knowledge of the ITIL Service Management framework is desirable. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team are essential.
