Join an award-winning design agency in Windsor specialising in FMCG packaging design across food, drink, and household consumer goods. We're looking for an experienced Account Director to cover a 12-month maternity contract and take ownership of key client relationships.
What You’ll Do
* Lead and grow your own FMCG client accounts
* Oversee packaging design projects from brief to delivery
* Drive commercial performance and client satisfaction
* Collaborate closely with a small, talented creative team
* Packaging design agency experience (essential)
* Proven Account Director-level background in a creative or design agency
* Strong FMCG understanding and client leadership skills
* Ability to be on-site in Windsor 4 days per week
