Admin Assistant

Glasgow (Hybrid: 3 days in office after training)

£14.35 per hour | PAYE | 10-12 month contract

Administrative Assistant
looking for your next opportunity? We're hiring for a
contract position
to provide maternity cover within a busy
fund management team

The Role

As an Admin Assistant, you'll be a key support to the team across both
Glasgow and London
, handling a variety of administrative and organisational tasks, including:

* Calendar management
and coordinating meetings.
* Organising travel
and accommodation for team members.
* Supporting
onboarding/offboarding
of staff.
* Handling day-to-day
administrative duties
to keep the team running smoothly.
* Acting as a point of contact for internal stakeholders.

What We're Looking For

* 3+ years' experience
in an Admin or Assistant role.
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to juggle multiple tasks.
* Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word).
* A proactive, detail-driven mindset with confidence in supporting busy teams.
