What You’ll Be Doing:
* Overseeing daily operations across leisure, fitness, and activities
* Managing indoor and outdoor pool facilities with a focus on safety and guest satisfaction
* Leading and developing a high-performing team of leisure professionals
* Driving commercial success through smart planning and guest engagement
* Ensuring compliance with health & safety and operational standards
* Collaborating with Spa Leaders to deliver a seamless wellness experience
What We’re Looking For:
* Proven leadership in leisure, sports, or activity centre environments
* Pool Plant Operations qualification and hands-on experience
* Strong commercial acumen with P&L management experience
* A natural motivator with excellent communication and problem-solving skills
* Passion for wellness, hospitality, and creating standout guest experiences
