Process Manager - St Austell - Cornwall
Monday - Friday, 36.25 hours per week
Salary: £55,000 - £60,000

About the Role
Our client is a leading manufacturer committed to producing products of exceptional quality. With a strong order book and plans for growth and expansion, they are seeking a Process Manager to join their close-knit team.
Responsibilities
1. Developing and defining process functions and contributing to strategic planning across the site.
2. Leading, developing, and participating in projects related to process and product development.
3. Coordinating new product introduction and development.
4. Managing the process engineering team to ensure effective product delivery.
5. Liaising with internal departments to meet validation requirements.
6. Driving continuous improvement initiatives using Six Sigma tools.
Knowledge, Skills & Experience
* Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
* Six Sigma Green Belt certification.
* Experience in a manufacturing or process environment.
* Experience managing a process engineering team, including developing succession plans, conducting appraisals, and handling disciplinaries and grievances.
