About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Carpenter/Multi-Traderto join our busy insurance reinstatement team, completing all aspects of Carpentryon residential properties damaged by fire, flood, and other insured events. You will work across homes in the Epping/East London area, carrying out high-quality repair and reinstatement works.
Key Responsibilities:
* Carpenter by trade or vast experience as Multi Trade
* General building works
* Assessing and repairing external fire and flood damage
* Working safely and professionally in both occupied and unoccupied properties
* Communicating clearly with homeowners, loss adjusters, and project managers
* Completing works to insurance standards and within agreed timelines
Requirements:
* Proven experience as a general builder/ multi-trader or Carpenter
* Strong 1st & 2nd Fix background
* Full UK driving licence
* Reliable, professional, and able to work independently
