Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Contracts Administrator to support the management and administration of contracts within our projects. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring contractual compliance, mitigating risk, and supporting project delivery through effective contract management practices.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Contract Preparation & Review:
* Assist in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts, subcontracts, and service agreements.
* Ensure all contracts comply with company policies and legal requirements.
2. Contract Administration:
* Maintain accurate records of all contract documentation and correspondence.
* Monitor contract performance and ensure all parties meet their obligations.
* Track key dates, deliverables, and milestones to ensure timely execution.
3. Risk & Compliance Management:
* Identify and escalate potential contractual risks or issues.
* Ensure compliance with relevant legislation, standards, and client requirements.
