Key Responsibilities
* Greeting guests and welcoming them into the restaurant
* Managing the waiting list and seating guests efficiently
* Maintaining an organized front of house area, including the hostess stand, waiting area, and restrooms
* Answering phone calls and managing reservations
* Providing information about the menu, promotions, and services
* Collaborating with servers and kitchen staff for timely service
* Tracking table turnover and communicating availability
* Handling customer complaints professionally
* Keeping accurate records of guest counts and reservations
Required Qualifications & Experience
* Experience in a similar role
* Excellent communication skills
* Attention to detail, highly organized, capable of multitasking
* Proactive, able to work independently with good judgment
