Job Description:
The role is responsible for leading stages during the offnet access delivery cycle, including identifying partners, assessing access feasibility, delivery, account settlement, supplier management, and service experience improvement. The objective is to ensure timely, successful offnet quoting and delivery at optimal costs. This tactical role influences the operational plans based on the business strategy, impacting the overall results of the business unit in the mid-term.
Responsibilities:
* Identify national and regional access suppliers/partners and competition to deliver last mile delivery.
* Lead discussions and initial negotiations with potential access suppliers/partners on contractual capabilities.
* Maintain strong relationships with access suppliers to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
* Explore opportunities to increase business with key vendors through new portfolios and order types.
* Collaborate with product teams to develop new technology solutions with partners.
* Design feasible offnet access solutions considering route maps, power and path diversity, tailored to local market conditions.
* Support sales and cross-functional teams with special requests such as pricing, non-standard offerings, or expedited delivery to enhance win rates.
* Finalize and renew vendor contracts for maintenance and installation of network components, ensuring optimal operation levels.
* Conduct regular performance reviews with key suppliers covering pre-sales, delivery, and post-sales support.
* Contribute to jeopardy and contingency planning to meet delivery timelines.
* Experience in telecommunications, especially managing Telco partners.
Desired Skill Sets:
* Understanding of global telecom networks and access technologies.
* Technical and commercial expertise.
* Experience in large project planning and execution.
* Knowledge of the access supply chain market in the region.
* Understanding of the quote-to-cash process in telecom services, including pricing, SLAs, legal, and commercial terms.
