The SiteSupervisor role:
* Planning and supervising the running of painting works on various sites in North London. You will be the first point of escalation contact for queries and support.
* Supervising, investing, and developingthe productivity of our direct labour to deliver consistent results.
* Organisation of the workload, labour and materials alongside the Contract Manager
* Ensuring compliance with statutory requirements, company policyand procedures on Health & Safety (safe systems of work, PPE checks, etc)
* Communicating targets, costs, progress, and variances back to client surveyors, internal surveyors and management regularly.
* Carrying out effective inductions to the workforce.
What will you bring as a SiteSupervisor?
* A Painting and Decorating trade background and qualified to NVQ level 2
* An SSSTS or SMSTS would also be advantageous, but not essential
* Proven forepersonor supervisory experience in a similar role (social housing) or within a related environment would be very advantageous. We also welcome tradespersons seeking to develop their career to apply
* Strong organisational and IT skills with the ability to quickly learn in-house systems, Excel and Outlook as required.
