Planet Pharma are currently partnered with an exciting pharma and we are actively seeking a Senior Project Manager to join the business on a permanent basis.
Key Responsibilities:
* Project Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and close-out of regional and global projects in alignment with SOPs, policies, and regulatory guidelines.
* Project Planning & Tracking: Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including timelines and budgets; monitor scope and manage Change Orders as necessary.
* Team Leadership: Provide leadership, training, and operational oversight to ensure project teams deliver high-quality results on time and within scope.
* Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong, collaborative relationships with clients, acting as a key point of contact throughout the project lifecycle.
* Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks; communicate issues and resolutions to internal teams, senior management, and clients.
* Business Development Support: Participate in proposal meetings and support the Business Development team with contract preparation and client engagement activities.
* Process Improvement: Contribute to the development, documentation, and refinement of internal procedures to ensure consistency and efficiency across all programs.
* People Management: Act as a line manager for direct reports, supporting their training, performance, and professional development.
* Regulatory Compliance: Ensure project documentation (e.g., eTMF, CTMS) is accurate and up-to-date, and maintain working knowledge of relevant US, UK, and EU regulatory requirements and GXP/ICH guidelines.
* Quality Assurance: Oversee the timely and accurate completion of regulatory and operational documentation to support project audits and inspections.
Key Requirements:
* Bachelors Degree
* 4+ Years of Project Management experience
