Health & Safety Advisor (HSACS140526) Bristol, England
Fawkes & Reece are currently recruiting for an experienced Health & Safety Advisor to take the lead overseeing a £300M flagship project based in Bristol, this is a longstanding project with up to 10 years’ worth of work.
Reporting into the Head of Health & Safety and working closely alongside the operational team, you will be responsible for ensuring all compliance and works follows standard UK legislation across the project.
This Health & Safety Advisor will consult with the client and site team to ensure they are advised regarding best practice and ongoing site conditions. This includes providing support during the planning stage, creating method statements and reporting statistics.
As Health & Safety Advisor, you will join a longstanding H&S team, working together to create a positive culture surrounding Health & Safety via reports, campaigns and events to promote the business’s H&S standards and culture.
This Health & Safety Advisor role is with a busy contractor who specialises in dynamic and complex projects nationwide, traditionally working on high-spec commercial buildings.
Key attributes required:
* Previous experience within a similar contractor (essential)
* Practice overseeing and driving a team and reporting to board level
* Strong knowledge surrounding Health & Safety standards and plans
* Former experience on a similar value scheme
