Salary: Up to £65,000 (FTE, DOE) + £3,000 Welcome Bonus
Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday–Friday (Part-time considered)
Contract: Permanent | Term-time only or full-time flexibility available

We’re seeking an experienced and motivated Practitioner Psychologist to join the school’s dedicated multidisciplinary clinical team. The Role
As a Practitioner Psychologist, you’ll work closely with the education team to provide specialist psychological assessment and intervention to pupils aged 5–19. Many of the young people have experienced developmental trauma, are neurodivergent, or have social, emotional and mental health (SEMH) needs.
You’ll manage your own caseload with the support of a clinical supervisor and site lead, contributing to individual therapy plans, staff training, consultation, and school-wide development initiatives.

Requirements
Essential:
* HCPC registration as a Practitioner Psychologist
* Doctoral-level qualification in Clinical, Counselling, Forensic, or Educational Psychology (or equivalent)
* Experience supporting children or young people with SEMH or neurodiverse needs
* Skilled in assessment, formulation, and therapeutic interventions
* Excellent communication and report-writing skills
* Full UK driving licence and access to transport
Desirable:
* Experience working in education settings
* Supervision experience
* Training in trauma-informed or evidence-based approaches
