Role Purpose

The Workplace Lead is a highly visible, confident and service-driven leader responsible for delivering an exceptional, seamless and engaging workplace experience. Blending operational expertise with people leadership, you will oversee front-of-house and workplace services, ensuring every interaction, environment and touchpoint reflects professionalism, precision and pride.

What You'll Be Known For:

1. Leading an Exceptional Workplace Experience

o Setting the standard for outstanding customer service across the workplace.

o Creating a culture where proactive, intuitive service is the norm, not the exception.

o Acting as a trusted partner to the client, building strong and credible relationships.

o Ensuring first impressions are powerful, and every farewell is just as positive.

o Being highly visible, approachable and solutions-focused at all times.

2. Driving Operational Excellence

o Owning service delivery in line with SLAs, KPIs and contractual commitments.

o Proactively identifying opportunities to enhance efficiency, presentation and experience.

o Conducting regular workplace inspections to ensure exceptional standards are maintained.

o Overseeing meeting room management, event readiness and executive support services.

o Ensuring accurate reporting, system updates and compliance processes are completed to a high standard.

o Managing contractors and suppliers with professionalism and control.

You anticipate challenges before they surface and act decisively.

3. Inspiring People & Performance

o Leading, coaching and developing your team to deliver confident, consistent service excellence.

o Creating an engaged, motivated and high-performing team culture.

o Providing clear direction, expectations and feedback.

o Supporting learning, development and succession planning.

o Acting in line with Signature values, always modelling integrity, energy and accountability.

4. Client Partnership & Commercial Awareness

o Building trusted relationships with key clients.

o Maintaining a strong understanding of client priorities and strategic objectives.

o Contributing ideas that add measurable value.

5. Safety, Compliance & Assurance

o Ensuring Health, Safety, QHSE and Information Security standards are embedded in daily operations.

o Reporting and managing incidents or risks promptly and professionally.

o Challenging behaviours that fall below expected standards.

o Supporting audits, compliance reviews and emergency procedures.

Exceptional service must always be delivered safely and responsibly.
