Support Learning Every Day as a Teaching Assistant – Sudbury
GSL Education is looking for a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming school in Sudbury on a full-time basis. This is a fantastic opportunity to work closely with pupils and staff to ensure every child is supported in reaching their potential.

Key Responsibilities:
* Provide in-class support for pupils across a range of subjects and year groups
* Assist the teacher with lesson preparation and classroom management
* Deliver one-to-one or small group interventions to support learning progress
* Encourage positive behaviour and engagement in lessons
* Help create a safe, inclusive, and inspiring learning environment
Ideal Candidate Will Have:
* Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant or in a similar role within a school setting
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* A caring, patient, and flexible approach to supporting children
* Enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service (or willingness to apply through GSL Education)
Must have own vehicle and a valid driving licence
