Job Title: Learning Support Assistant
We are seeking enthusiastic and hardworking Learning Support Assistants to join our team of educators. Your role will be to help all children, including those with SEND, access high-quality education. You will be supported and trained by a team of experienced practitioners who will help you grow within the role. We value positive attitudes and a willingness to learn.
Position Details
Available positions include full-time hours (Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 3:30 pm) and flexible/part-time hours.
Candidate Requirements
* Qualified to at least GCSE Grade C or equivalent in English and Maths
* Skills and understanding to engage all children in their learning
* Willing to contribute to the wider life of the school
* Ability to work under direction as part of a team and use own initiative

Pay rates include 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This role is initially temporary, with potential for permanency later.
