We’re looking for a dynamic Plant Manager who thrives in fast-paced environments, inspires teams, and drives operational excellence. If you’re passionate about safety, lean transformation, and building high-performing cultures, this is your opportunity to make a lasting impact.
What You’ll Do
* Lead the manufacturing operations at our Glasgow site, aligning the team to deliver business goals
* Drive a zero-incident safety culture and embed lean practices
* Build and develop high-performing, diverse teams
* Improve SQCD metrics and implement cost-saving initiatives
* Collaborate cross-functionally to streamline processes and boost margins
* Engage effectively across all levels, including union partnerships
What You’ll Bring
* Proven experience in Operations/Lean Management with P&L accountability
* The ability to lead the site managers to become a high-performing, collaborative team
* Proven success in leading transformational change
* Strong lean manufacturing expertise and KPI delivery
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Additional Information
To apply for this role you must already have the right to live and work in the United Kingdom and have the ability to travel unrestricted within Europe. Visa sponsorship is not provided. You should also live within a commutable distance to our Glasgow site, located in Clydebank.
