Overview
The Project Coordinator reports to the Commercial Manager and maintains indirect daily links with the Operations Manager and Site Engineer, acting as an intermediary between operations and the commercial team.
Key Duties And Responsibilities
• Support the operations team by providing necessary information and supporting documents to the commercial team.
• Ensure invoices, claims and variations are submitted on time and accurately.
• Adhere to the company’s Health, Safety, Environmental Assurance, Quality, Security and Sustainability policies and procedures.
• Understand service workflow and collect essential information (site diary, delivery note, report submission) from the site team daily to pass to the commercial team.
• Complete internal matrices of required documents to enable timely claims and invoice submissions.
• Support the timely closure of projects, including reconciliation of all POs, issuance of the final PSR, and updating of documents as requested by Project Engineers and Managers.
Key Skills, Knowledge And Experience
* Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction or project management.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office suites, especially Excel (formulas, pivot tables, charts).
* Prior experience in project coordination, project administration or construction is an advantage.
