Our client is looking for experienced Warehouse Operatives, Supervisors, or Team Leaders with at least 3 years of hands-on experience in warehousing operations (minimum 3 years in a warehousing setting) to step into the role of Learning Development Mentor for Warehouse (LDM). While supervisory experience is ideal, it is not essential, what matters most is strong, practical knowledge of warehouse processes and a deep understanding of the real challenges and demands within the industry. As a Warehousing Trainer, you’ll support apprentices working towards Level 2 Supply Chain Warehouse and Warehouse Operations Supervisor apprenticeships, using your first-hand industry knowledge to develop their skills and prepare them for success.
