Customer Service Representatives (Pensions)
We’re currently supporting our client in recruiting Customer Service Representatives to join their established pensions team. This is a fantastic opportunity for candidates with strong customer service backgrounds who are looking to develop their skills within a secure and supportive environment.
Key Details
* Start date: January 2026
* Contract: Three-month rolling temporary assignment, with potential for permanent employment
* Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday–Friday
* Shifts: Between 8:00am and 6:00pm (7.5 hours per day)
* Location: Fully office based in Liverpool
* Eligibility: Candidates must have full right to work in the UK
What You’ll Be Doing
* Handling a high volume of inbound calls from pension scheme members and their beneficiaries
* Following comprehensive training to confidently manage a variety of pension-related enquiries within agreed service levels
* Working within a supportive team environment, with coaching and development from an experienced Team Manager
* Developing your customer service expertise through structured training designed to equip you for every type of query
What We’re Looking For
* Previous experience in a customer service role (call centre, contact centre, office-based, or similar)
* Pensions experience is advantageous but not essential—full training is provided
* Confident telephone manner with the ability to show empathy and build strong rapport
* Passion for delivering excellent customer service and resolving queries efficiently
* Strong attention to detail, good organisational skills, and the ability to use initiative
