Red Bull UK is currently recruiting for an Shopper Marketing Development Lead FTC 12 Months to be based in London, UK.

The Shopper Marketing Lead will set the vision and direction for the Shopper Marketing Team, building their capability to deliver best-in-class tools, programs, and initiatives that drive conversion and put Red Bull in the highest position to win at the point of purchase. This role is accountable for shaping and executing our in-store strategy, ensuring Red Bull consistently looks and performs like the #1 brand across all retail environments.

As the gatekeeper of brand representation in the Off-Premise sector, the Shopper Marketing Lead will oversee how Red Bull shows up across national key accounts, regional partners, and field sales execution. They will lead the team responsible for developing sub-sector strategies and managing full end-to-end execution—from insight-driven planning to flawless implementation—ensuring alignment with commercial priorities and shopper behavior trends.

This position requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills, capable of influencing internal and external stakeholders, driving innovation, and delivering measurable impact on sales and brand equity. The Shopper Marketing Lead will champion collaboration across Sales, Marketing, and Category teams to create shopper-centric solutions that maximise visibility, engagement, and purchase intent.

All the responsibilities we'll trust you with:

1. Improve the capabilities of the Shopper Marketing Team via Red Bull’s strengths-based philosophy. Encourage personal management, through great coaching and leading by example.
Ensure the entire Shopper Marketing team works cross functionally across the all the teams in the Off Premise and wider departments.

2. Provide the right tools to make stores perfect for the Shopper. Using a mix of our distinctive assets in point of sale to create mental availability in close proximity to our physical availability.
Make Red Bull look like no1 in store by achieving brand recognition in every touchpoint.

3. Generate business plan budgets to deliver against our aims in store.
Providing regular updates and constantly looking for ways to drive more effective and efficient use of spend.

4. Excellent communication, organisational and presentation skills
5. Experience in Shopper or Brand Marketing, managing budgets and teams
6. Travel 20-30%
