Position Overview
Support the Talent Acquisition Team in delivering recruitment activities and maintaining candidate relationships while learning about Ralph Lauren's recruiting processes and employer brand.This introductory role of 6 months, offers an excellent opportunity to gain practical experience in corporate recruitment while contributing to Ralph Lauren's talent acquisition initiatives.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
1. Support the UK Talent Acquisition team, to deliver talent across Corporate, Retail and P&D functions, utilising inclusive recruiting methods to attract diverse talent
2. Learn to leverage various recruitment sourcing channels including LinkedIn, social media, and other platforms to help identify candidates
3. Screen applications objectively, preparing unbiased candidate shortlists for the hiring managers
4. Connect with hiring managers on their availability for interviews and schedule interviews accordingly using outlook
5. Coordinate accessible interview processes, ensuring all candidates can fully participate in the interview process
6. Maintain accurate and consistent documentation in Scout/Workday Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
7. Partner with our DE&I team, monitor and track manager completion of our includership training managers must complete before recruitment
8. Support compliance with the UK right to work regulation
9. Assist in preparing standardized hiring documentation in partnership with the People & Development team
10. Learn and promote inclusive recruitment policies and procedures
11. Contribute ideas to enhance candidate experience, to promote an attractive employer branding proposition
