Salary: £13.50 – £14.50 per day (dependent on experience and qualifications)

About the Role
We are seeking a caring, enthusiastic, and resilient EYFS SEN Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming and inclusive primary school in Wythenshawe. This role involves working closely with a child in the Early Years Foundation Stage who requires additional support with communication and social interaction needs.

Key Responsibilities
* Provide 1:1 support for a child with special educational needs (SEN) in an EYFS setting
* Support with learning, emotional regulation, and social development
* Work collaboratively with class teachers, SENCO, and external agencies
* Use tailored strategies to support communication and understanding (e.g. visuals, Makaton, or PECS)
* Help maintain a safe, nurturing, and stimulating learning environment

Ideal Candidate
* Experience working with children with SEN, ideally in an EYFS or primary school setting
* Knowledge of strategies to support speech, language, and communication needs
* A patient, proactive, and compassionate approach
* Relevant qualifications (e.g. CACHE Level 2/3, TA qualification, or equivalent experience)
* A current Enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to apply for one
