YOUR ROLE
Join a dynamic, growing team of analytics and AI specialists who deliver end‑to‑end transformations that drive tangible business value. As an Analytics and Insights Managing Consultant, you will own flagship projects, shape enterprise transformation, and execute innovative solutions to address complex client challenges.
RESPONSIBILITIES
* Lead and deliver end‑to‑end Data & Analytics transformations, applying scaled frameworks (e.g., Agile/SAFe) to deploy cost‑effective, scalable analytics and BI solutions.
* Design and optimise Data & AI solutions, collaborating with technical experts on platform design and pipeline automation with big data, while leveraging Gen AI tools to maximise performance.
* Act as a trusted advisor to C‑level stakeholders, providing insights that bridge technical capabilities and business goals.
* Drive user‑centred design and storytelling to deliver impactful Gen AI/BI, web app, and data product interfaces in line with UI/UX principles and UAT processes.
* Govern project progress, report on opportunities, risks and budget, and manage stakeholder expectations.
* Coach, train and mentor teams to enhance organisational data and AI competencies.
ADDITIONAL TASKS
* Business development – contribute to proposals, bids, RFP responses, and client events.
* Internal initiatives – support practice development, operational excellence, recruitment, team activities and thought leadership through white papers and campaigns.
* Learning and development – pursue certifications, training and personal career growth aligned with the company’s strategic focus.
YOUR PROFILE
Consulting Experience
* Currently working in a major consulting firm or in industry with a consulting background.
* Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders; design and deliver complex data and AI solutions and articulate their impact.
* Demonstrate capability in agile methodologies, governance and multi‑work‑stream leadership.
* Commercial acumen, including proposal writing and project financials.
* Ability to simplify the complex and story‑tell outcomes as products of business & technology transformation with data & AI.
Scaled Agile Delivery Excellence
* Experience leading large‑scale Agile delivery of complex data & AI programmes, deploying at enterprise level using SAFe, LeSS or equivalent (Agile/SAFe certification desirable).
* Expert at embedding scaled Agile ways of working across multidisciplinary teams, aligning product, data engineering, AI/ML and business stakeholders to accelerate delivery, increase adaptability and maximise value realisation.
Solution Architecture Experience
* Expertise in designing and delivering enterprise data platforms with hands‑on experience in Databricks, Microsoft Fabric, Informatica, dbt or Snowflake.
* Led and collaborated with cross‑functional technical teams on platform design, driving pipeline automation, optimising performance and leveraging Gen AI capabilities to unlock value from big data at scale.
Business Relationship
* Confident in engaging senior stakeholders through clear and compelling updates, managing expectations and proactively highlighting risks, dependencies and opportunities.
* Develop the ability to cultivate and sustain relationships with senior executives.
* Actively participate in industry networks, owning your relationships and building your external profile.
* Passion for the chosen industries that is contagious.
Desired Skills
* In‑depth knowledge and proven expertise in the Consumer Product & Retail or Energy & Utilities sectors.
* Experience in creating reusable assets to drive value with clients and developing go‑to‑market strategies.
* Agile or SAFe certified (or similar).
* Experience in data ingestion, integration, governance and solution design.
* Familiarity with data quality frameworks, observability tools and automation.
