With a strong presence in Bristol, Exeter, and Plymouth, the firm is uniquely positioned to advise GP practices, private consultants, and Primary Care Networks (PCNs) throughout the region. The Role
* Lead the medical and healthcare service line across the South West, overseeing a substantial portfolio of medical partnerships and individual practitioners.
* Provide high-level technical advice on NHS pension structures, superannuation certificates, and complex partnership tax matters.
* Act as a lead advisor on practice mergers, federations, and the financial structuring of PCNs.
* Drive the strategic growth of the medical sector through active networking with Local Medical Committees (LMCs) and healthcare intermediaries.
* Mentor and develop a specialist team of managers and seniors across multiple offices, ensuring a consistent, high-quality client experience.
About You
* ACA or ACCA qualified with a career-long specialism in the medical and healthcare sector.
* Currently operating at Partner or Director level with a demonstrable track record in AISMA-standard accounting.
* Technically excellent in the nuances of NHS financial frameworks and the tax challenges facing modern medical professionals.
* A credible senior presence with the interpersonal skills to lead a regional team and build trust with senior medical partners.
* Commercially driven, with the ability to identify advisory opportunities and grow the firm’s healthcare footprint.
