* This role is based at our Hatfield Office and offers a flexible working pattern: two/three days in the office/our developments and two day working from home.

Your Impact
* Support the delivery of timely, effective, and budgeted local marketing plans.
* Build a calendar of activity using our local marketing playbook, including events, sponsorships, and advertising.
* Optimise digital marketing by keeping property listings fresh, creating local content for social channels, and briefing new assets like copy, photography, and video.
* Ensure direct marketing – from mail and door drops to (e)CRM – is accurate, timely, and impactful.
* Support the delivery of on‑site marketing, including promotional signage, brochures, merchandise, and digital displays.
* Manage local paid advertising placements and contribute to earned PR opportunities, including press releases.
* Work closely with sales teams and stakeholders to align plans and report on performance.
* Uphold brand voice and style, ensuring all marketing activity is consistent, customer‑first, and effective.
