You'll support the Visitor Experience Officers by providing guided tours to the Causeway, engaging with visitors at the Visitor Services Desk and ensuring our visitors receive a warm welcome. You'll deal with customer enquiries to help them enjoy their visit. Understanding how and why we engage our supporters is key.
