Growing Consultancy looking for Grad / Assistant Project Managers to join their team in Milton Keynes This isn’t about ticking boxes — it’s about finding people who care about delivering great work, building strong relationships, and developing their careers in a supportive consultancy environment.
You’ll get to work on a mix of exciting construction projects, helping to deliver them on time, on budget, and to a high standard. Depending on your experience, you’ll either take ownership of smaller projects or play a key supporting role on larger schemes — always with the support of a team that’s got your back.
What you’ll be doing
Leading or supporting the full lifecycle of construction projects
Working closely with clients, contractors, and consultants
Helping to manage budgets, timelines, and day-to-day project activity
Getting stuck into contract admin, reporting, and problem-solving
Supporting junior colleagues and being supported by senior ones
Playing an active role in a collaborative and ambitious team
What we’re looking for
A degree (or equivalent experience) in a built environment or related field
Progressing towards (or already holding) membership of RICS, CIOB, APM, or similar
A natural communicator who enjoys working with others and building trust
Someone who can keep projects moving — even when things get busy
Detail-focused, proactive, and always looking to improve
Confident using common project and office software
