Senior commercial leadership position managing a team of sales and clinical specialists for a global healthcare manufacturer known for high-quality patient handling, pressure care and mobility solutions.
You will lead the regional sales strategy across the Southwest, driving growth across NHS and community sectors while developing a high-performing field team. Responsibilities include forecasting, KPI management, identifying new opportunities, supporting major tenders and building senior stakeholder relationships with procurement, finance and clinical leaders including Tissue Viability Nurses and Manual Handling Advisors.
Requirements:
Proven leadership experience at Sales Director / National Sales Manager / Senior Regional Manager level within moving & handling, mobility, pressure care, specialist seating or related healthcare equipment. Strong commercial acumen and experience delivering growth in NHS markets.
Package: £70k-£90k basic + 20% bonus + car / car allowance + benefits (gym, cycle scheme, enhanced family leave, life assurance).
