We’re working with a well-established domiciliary care provider to recruit a Registered Manager for their Camberley branch. This provider operates four successful branches and offers the best of both worlds – a family feel with big-business support and resources.
Key Responsibilities of a Registered Manager:
1. Overseeing the safe and effective delivery of 500 care hours per week
2. Ensuring compliance with CQC and internal quality standards
3. Leading, mentoring, and supporting the office and care teams
4. Working closely with HR, compliance, and recruitment departments
5. Participating in a shared and paid on-call rota across all branches
Registered Manager Requirements:
6. Experience managing or supervising within domiciliary care
7. NVQ Level 5 in Leadership in Health and Social Care (or working towards)
8. Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills
9. Driver with access to a vehicle
Benefits:
10. Salary up to £40,000 plus performance-related bonus
11. 35-hour working week
12. 25 days holiday plus 8 bank holidays
13. Paid on-call shared across 4 offices
