Job Description We are currently recruiting a skilled and reliable HGV HIAB Driver for our Exeter client. You will be responsible for the safe and timely delivery of materials to residential and commercial sites using a lorry-mounted crane (HIAB). This is a customer-facing role and ideal for a driver who takes pride in safety, punctuality, and excellent service. This is a temp to per role for the right candidate. The client is flexible on days worked and hours but you will need to work alternate Saturday mornings (phone number removed) It could be part time or full time (40/44 hours worked alternate weeks). Own transport required to get to site. Key Responsibilities * Operate HIAB vehicle to deliver building materials to various sites (Current ticket preferred, although training can be given). * Hiab experience * HGV Driving experience * Load and unload using the lorry-mounted crane (brick grab or hook) * Conduct daily vehicle checks and ensure compliance with all transport legislation * Maintain accurate delivery paperwork * Represent the company professionally at all times Requirements · Valid UK HGV Licence · HIAB Certificate (ALLMI or equivalent – brick grab and/or hook) · Valid CPC and Digital Tachograph Card · Minimum 6 months HIAB experience preferred · Good knowledge of local roads and delivery procedures · Reliable, punc...
