The role of Sales Systems and Support Manager underpins the group's sales performance. Making specific contributions toward the management of sales via systems, this post holder will be responsible for creating, communicating and managing standards of system use across the business. Optimising the potential of the sales systems, you will support both location and company teams through the provision of reporting, bringing together data in clear, intelligible formats – allowing the group to make strategic decisions.
This role sits within the company sales team and provides support across all locations, UK and European. Working with the sales system, you will be the product owner for HubSpot and act as the sales team stakeholder for Office RnD.
Responsibilities
* Lead the use of HubSpot (CRM & CMS) and Office RnD (property management system).
* Deliver a weekly reporting schedule, including marketing data reports and weekly sales results packs, and manage distribution to stakeholders as per agreed deadlines.
* Produce reporting and interrogate data sources such as Geolytics, Beauhurst and other industry data sets to support decision making (e.g., seasonality trends, regional trends, ancillary insight) and identify performance trends.
* Conduct ad‑hoc research projects, including competitor analysis.
* Support administration of marketing campaigns, create data sets, and schedule communications.
* Coordinate materials required for sales reviews and sales meetings ahead of time, ensuring that data is shared with attendees.
* Support the central sales manager/sales director in planning sales activations for focus sites, providing data where possible to support recommendations.
* Manage and maintain data integrity and accuracy of CRM work, develop standards of practice, update SOPs as required, and deliver virtual training and support as required.
* Own the accuracy and integrity of data flow between HubSpot and Office RnD.
Qualifications
* A strong analytical mind.
* Strong PowerPoint and Excel skills are essential.
* Experience with CRM and PMS platforms is a plus.
* Ability to manipulate large data sets, create visualisations, and present findings in a clear and concise manner.
* Ability to prepare and deliver comprehensive reports and visualisations of research.
