The post holder will provide administrative assistance in a busy community team. This is a varied role and the need for flexibility in approach and adaptability is essential. The post holder will be expected to be organised and carry out tasks in a timely manner, providing essential administrative support to midwives, MSWs and the wider team. The post holder will be managing a busy phone line, email inbox and managing busy clinic diary.
x2 full time, x1 15 hours per week - All on site as Reception and face to face
x1 Weekend (Friday to Sunday) 15 hours per week - flexible to work from home
Main duties of the job
The post holder must have the ability to work as part of a team to ensure all relevant administrative activities are carried out in a timely and accurate manner. You would be expected to handle enquiries and requests from women, relatives, staff colleagues confidently and sensitively both in person, emails and by telephone.
The successful candidate must have a good standard of education, good organizational skills, able to prioritise workload and be able to work as part of the team and adhere to confidentiality. The successful candidate must be able to work flexibly within the administrative team and with other clinical team members.
