The Role
As sales negotiator, you’ll play a key role in driving the branch’s lettings performance. You’ll manage a portfolio of properties, develop client relationships, and lead from the front in achieving growth and service targets.
* Building and maintaining excellent relationships
* Generating new business and nurturing existing client accounts
* Conducting valuations, viewings, and negotiations
* Ensuring compliance with all sales legislation and procedures
* Working towards branch and individual performance targets

You’ll be a confident, proactive sales professional with a strong track record in property and people management.
* Experience as a sales negotiator within an estate agency
* Proven ability to meet and exceed sales and service targets
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
* Knowledge of current property sales legislation and compliance requirements
* A proactive, flexible attitude and a genuine passion for property
