As their Internal Sales Coordinator you will provide essential administrative support for our external sales team along with proactive sales approach in growing sales and increasing our quote conversion rates and ultimately market share. This is a dynamic proactive position that requires exceptional organizational skills, tenacity and a dedication to delivering outstanding customer service.
Internal Sales Coordinator – Responsibilities
- Logging Technical Sales Managers activities, schedule updates and prospects onto (CRM).
- Making outbound calls to customers, chasing leads, schedules, making appointments and obtaining drawings for new projects/prospects.
- Closing orders and negotiating margins with distributers.
- Ensuring the accuracy of accounts and contact data in company (CRM).
