As Credit Manager/Partner, you will hold a level mandate with a broad remit, underwriting complex proposals for Asset Finance, SME lending, Corporate BTL, Real Estate and Aircraft Finance along with 2nd line Quality Assurance of existing lending to ensure key risks are monitored and controlled effectively. Key responsibilities 1. Consider underwriting referrals from the Banks various business lines through the application of a Credit Committee mandate. 2. Review, assess and (where appropriate) restructure credit recommendations for approval or onward recommendation to Sanctioning Committee. 3. Complete 2nd line quality assurance oversight of new business applications by ensuring that the proposals being accepted are within the Banks risk appetite. 4.
