Job description
We are seeking an enthusiastic individual to join our data team and support the maintenance of the company’s asset data.
Key Responsibilities:
* Monitor incoming emails from customers and on-site engineers regarding asset information updates.
* Accurately create new asset records and maintain existing data within our in-house system and customer portals.
* Liaise with other departments and on-site engineers to ensure asset information is kept up to date.
* Provide additional support to the data team with various data input tasks.
Our ideal candidate:
* Proficient in Microsoft Office.
* Eager to learn new systems.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
* High level of accuracy in data entry with strong attention to detail.
* Ability to prioritise and manage workloads effectively.
* Punctual and reliable.
