Summary of the role & who were looking for
Working in the world of care, were dedicated to collaborating with our customers to provide care home products, consumables and furniture. Blueleaf is on a mission to transform care environments — and furniture is at the heart of that vision. Weve identified furniture as a major growth opportunity and are investing heavily in this category. Now, were looking for a permanent, full time Head of Furniture to lead the charge. This is a high-impact, strategic role for someone whos commercially savvy, passionate about interiors, and ready to build something exceptional.
Location: You would work from your home address and be required to travel to either our head office in Crawley or our Castleford office on a regular basis to meet the needs of the role and the business.

Main responsibilities
* Develop a market-leading furniture proposition that gives Blueleaf a competitive edge.
* Build and manage a pipeline of large-scale furniture projects, collaborating with suppliers to deliver outstanding results.
* Working closely with the key supply partners and procurement, driving innovation and ensuring Blueleaf stays ahead of the curve.
* Work closely with our sales teams to grow furniture sales across our existing customer base.
Skills & Experience
* Proven experience in furniture, interiors, or category leadership.
* Excellent relationship-building and project management skills.
* A passion for innovation
* Strong commercial acumen and strategic thinking.

We will offer a competitive salary, 36 days holiday inclusive of bank and public holidays.
