Our client based in Hatfield is currently looking for a reliable and organised weekend Transport Administrator to join their team.
Working Hours: 22:00 - 06:00, Saturday and Sunday only
Pay Rate: £15.52 per hour
Key Responsibilities of Transport Administrator:
* General administrative support within transport department
* Handling emails, calls, and office communication
* Data entry and maintaining accurate records
* Filing, scanning, and organising documents
* Sorting delivery driver schedules
Key Requirements of Transport Administrator
* Previous administrative experience within transport
* Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
* Confident using Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook, Excel, and Word
* Good communication skills, both written and verbal
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
* A proactive and professional approach to work
