This full-time, permanent role has a starting salary of £30,647 per annum based on a 36 hour working week.
We are excited to be hiring Finance Assistants to join one of our fantastic Finance teams based in either Guildford, Woking or Reigate.
We support hybrid working with the right balance. We come together in person for two days per week on average (40% of the working week) and support working from home the rest of the time.

About the Role
The role of Finance Assistant involves working as part of a team providing financial support to ensure the efficient operation of an area Finance Team, making sure it meets the needs of people who use the service, and their Carers.
On a day-to-day basis, this key role involves:
10. Processing invoices for services and payments, and ensuring accurate and timely payment to suppliers, providers and people who use services
11. Supporting the team to prepare and reconcile monthly finance returns
12. Processing and reconciling payments to clients to enable them to purchase their own care via a Direct Payment
13. Manage payments in accordance with corporate and service policies and procedures
