Job Description:
We are recruiting Warehouse Staff for our Welshpool site to work the Late Shift (3pm–7pm), with one Saturday in four required. Initial training will be completed on the day shift, hours to vary between 7am–4pm.
You'll be part of a small, efficient team responsible for picking, packing, and replenishing stock to meet customer delivery schedules.
Duties and Requirements:
* Previous warehouse or distribution experience preferred, but not essential - full training provided.
* A valid forklift licence is required; Flexi truck experience would be an advantage.
* Picking and packing to meet deadlines.
* Stock replenishment and general warehouse duties.
* Ability to work efficiently and use initiative.
* Team player with a positive, proactive attitude.
* Good organisation and attention to detail.
* Able to work under pressure and meet targets.
* Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
* Flexibility to work overtime when required.
