About the Role
TAINA is looking for a Product Manager to lead the strategic development and delivery of our RegTech platform. You’ll own the roadmap, define priorities, guide discovery, and ensure that the right problems get solved in the right way.
This role is perfect for a Senior BA or Product Owner looking to take the step into full product leadership. You’ll be fully remote, work across teams and customers, and play a vital role in shaping TAINA’s future direction.
What You’ll Do
* Define and own the product roadmap—ensuring it aligns with business goals and customer needs.
* Lead discovery work, ensuring upcoming epics are refined two sprints ahead of schedule.
* Turn requirements into clear epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
* Join sprint ceremonies and three amigos sessions to support delivery and unblock issues.
* Monitor and improve the product team’s performance and velocity.
* Lead release communications—ensuring customers understand and value what’s new.
* Review documentation and self-help content to ensure it supports adoption.
* Own customer satisfaction—triage issues, resolve root causes, and follow up with customers.
* Coach and develop Business Analysts—setting standards and helping them grow.
* Track feature usage and customer feedback to continuously evolve the product.
* Identify practical opportunities to use AI or automation to enhance product development.
About You
* 3+ years in product management or senior-level business analysis.
* Experienced leading agile product delivery in a SaaS or RegTech environment.
* Skilled at prioritisation and turning ideas into incremental, testable features.
* Strong understanding of APIs, workflow design, and system integrations.
* Effective communicator—confident writing specs, roadmaps, and release notes.
* Comfortable working across internal teams and external clients.
* Leadership mindset—you take ownership of product outcomes and team health.
* Always looking for ways to improve how the product team operates.
* Curious about AI and automation and how they can enhance the product lifecycle.
