Overview
Abercrombie & Fitch Co. is a global, digitally led omnichannel specialty retailer of apparel and accessories with brands including Abercrombie & Fitch, YPB, abercrombie kids, Hollister and Gilly Hicks. The company operates over 750 stores across North America, Europe, Asia and the Middle East, plus e-commerce sites. The Key Lead is responsible for ensuring all customers receive a quality in-store experience. They act as the Floor Supervisor, providing guidance and coaching to Brand Reps and Stock Associates to ensure store operations run effectively. The Key Lead is part of the store leadership team, responsible for driving store performance on the floor through customer experience and achievement of daily sales by the team.

Work Schedule Requirements
* Schedule will vary weekly; expect to work at least 12–16 hours per week.
* Required availability on Saturdays and Sundays as well as certain holidays.
* During peak periods, hours will increase to support the needs of the business.
Qualifications
* Education: High School Diploma/G.E.D. equivalent preferred
* Retail Experience: At least 1 year of retail experience is preferred
* Supervisor/Managerial Experience: No supervisory/management experience is required
