This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced solicitor to handle complex, high-quality work within a supportive and well-regarded practice. The Role: You’ll join a busy department with a strong reputation in claimant clinical negligence matters. You'll be responsible for managing your own caseload from start to finish, including: Misdiagnosis and delayed diagnosis claims Surgical and obstetric negligence Fatal accident claims and inquests Hospital and GP negligence Complex, high-value multi-track cases You’ll work alongside recognised experts and have the opportunity to get involved in client development and mentoring of junior staff.
