Our systems need to meet remarkably high standards of quality, performance, and reliability, operating around the clock on a massive scale. You will work with engineers across a variety of n-tier architectures and technologies to deliver for Amazon customers across emerging markets.
We are looking for a talented, detail-oriented, and enthusiastic Support Engineer who is passionate about ensuring customer satisfaction and is excited about new technology offerings to consumers.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
* 1+ years of software development or technical support experience
* Experience troubleshooting and debugging technical systems
* Experience scripting in modern programming languages
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
* Experience with distributed, multi-tiered systems, algorithms, and relational databases
